All of our pizzas and salads are prepared as ordered and can be made gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. Modifications will be made depending on dietary needs. Please be clear when ordering.

Vegetarian & Vegan:
All of our pizza crusts are vegan until topped and finished. Our pasta noodles contain eggs.
Salads and veggie toppings are prepared vegan prior to incorporating into menu items.
House vinaigrette contains cold-pressed canola oil.
Caesar dressing contains egg and dairy (no anchovy).
Ranch dressing contains dairy.
Our alfredo contains flour and dairy. Suggested substitutions for white sauce based pizzas are: extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), marinara, or no sauce.
We have vegan and vegetarian topping options, including a melty vegan mozzarella/parmesan style mix from Follow Your Heart™️** and an Italian-style crumbled sausage*** from Beyond Meat™️. These items can be substituted for any like item on our menu.
Our cookies and brownies contain dairy, eggs, wheat. Our orange olive oil cake (when available) is vegan and contains wheat and olive oil.

Our popular 12" pre-made gluten free crusts are made by Portland Gluten Free.
Portland Gluten-Free™️ crusts are handmade in a dedicated gluten-free facility using only select, natural ingredients.*
Our alfredo/white sauce is made with a flour base and cannot be used on a gluten free crust due to cross contamination (GF oven and GF surfaces). Suggested substitutions (sub) for white sauce based pizzas are: extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), marinara, or no sauce.
Please ask about our gluten free desserts (when available).
Please Note: At Backpacker Pizza we prepare and finish our gluten free pizzas vigilantly keeping utensils and surfaces separate from others. We have one dedicated GF stone deck which is never used with gluten-containing ingredients. We do not have a gluten free kitchen, but we make every possible effort to prevent cross-contamination.
